Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We are proud to offer global shipping to most countries! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and select remote areas. If you have a question about a specific location, please contact us.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable shipping options to get your inspired decor to you:
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50! This option uses EMS, with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely inspired by your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
