Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles & Candle Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bathroom Towels (once removed from packaging)
  • Bathroom Sets (if any component has been used or opened)
  • Any personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for Authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Package Items Securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank’s policies)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is:

  • In stock: We will ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Out of stock: We will issue a refund or store credit for the value of the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged/defective items.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
