At Inspire Me! Home Decor Sales, we want your journey to a beautiful home to be as seamless and inspiring as possible. Here’s how we get your carefully chosen items to you.

Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes: We offer two reliable shipping options to serve you best:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We believe in the quality and charm of our products. However, if something isn’t perfect for your space, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Please Note: All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles & Candle Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bathroom Towels once removed from their packaging
  • Bathroom Sets if any component has been used or opened
  • Any personalized or custom-made items
  • All items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance events

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Package Items Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or damaged item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank’s policies).
  • PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item you wish to exchange for is in stock, we will ship the new item once we receive your return.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the value of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
