2.3. Custom and Personalized Items

Any personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3. Shipping Destinations

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

4.4. Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

5.1. Return Policy

We want you to love your Inspire Me! purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Candles & Candle Accessories
• Bathroom Towels once removed from packaging
• Bathroom Sets if any component has been used or opened
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked “final sale” or purchased during clearance events

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number (RMA)
3. Package items securely with all original packaging and tags

5.4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
